If it was the first time It would have been the last time!
What is going on with Geno's lately. I had horrible food and service last time I was there and I have heard similar stories lately. Is it under new management? I'm super sad to have to give them a bad review it has always been one of my family and It's favorite places!
Maybe I'm over reacting, and I will give them another go... But, for starters we all ordered sodas and they were all extremely flat... We didn't say anything... then it took over half an hour to get our food and there was only one other couple there, who did end up asking for a new soda because apparently we were not the only ones that had received the flat pop... Then when we finely received our food, they did even bring me mine and said that they make a mistake on my order and would have to redo it.... So when I finely did get my food and everyone else was almost done with there's... My Hawaii sub did not have pineapple on it... So then she took it back to the kitchen and I watched her just plop some pineapple on the sandwich straight out of the can on to my sandwich.. So when I got my sandwich back it had cold uncooked pineapple and actually I don't know that it had ever been heated up at all... The cheese was not melty and the bread was not toasty..... :(
My friend had order the Philly cheese steak sandwich, which came with out the cheese? I mean really? The other to orders at our table seemed to be alright... But like I had said if this had been my first or even second time to this place I would defiantly not be back!
